Kuwaiti Ambassador to Iraq Ghassan Al-Zawawi on Wednesday here discussed with Iraqi vice president Iyad Allawi bilateral relations and ways of bolstering them in different domains.
The meeting of Al-Zawawi and Allawi came in the framework of congratulating Iraq for forming a new governorate headed by Haidar Al-Abadi, Kuwaiti Embassy in Baghdad said in a statement received by KUNA on Wednesday.
Both sides exchanged views on the latest developments in Iraq, added the statement.
Al-Zawawi on Tuesday met with Iraqi parliament Speaker Salim Al-Jabouri, delivering him an invitation by Kuwaiti parliament Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim to visit the State of Kuwait.
