His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah met chairman of higher committee of National Conference for Empowering Competences (NCEC) Dr. Haider Behbehani, and committees' chiefs, at Bayan Palace on Sunday.
They expressed their appreciation at the attention that was given to the conference for its significance in tacking employment imbalances and the creation of job opportunities that would aid in the country's development process.
On his part, His Highness the Premier stressed the importance of utilizing local manpower for the betterment of the country.
Minister of Justice and Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Yagoub Abdulmohsen was present at the meeting.
The meeting was attended by Undersecretary of local affairs at His Highness the Premier's Diwan Sheikh Khaled Mohammad Al-Khaled Al-Sabah.
