National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim opened here Tuesday the third regular session of the 14th legislative term after His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah delivered their respective speeches.
Al-Ghanim also delivered a speech ahead of the session opening.
During the session, Dr. Bader Al-Issa was sworn in as Minister of Education and Higher Education, while Adel Al-Kharafi was chosen as Secretary of the National Assembly.
