A Kuwait humanitarian aid convoy was allowed into the Gaza Strip on Wednesday via the Rafah border crossing, head of the Egyptian Red Crescent in Rafah Gaber al-Arabi said.
The convoy of the Kuwaiti Red Crescent Society comprised a number of trucks loaded with 660 tons of medicaments, clothes, blankets, foodstuffs and other humanitarian aid materials, al-Arabi said.
The Egyptian Red Crescent coordinated with the Palestinian side to allow the shipment into the Gaza Strip.
