Kuwait's Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled al-Hamad al-Sabah left on Saturday heading to Cairo.
He will be leading his country's delegation to the Gaza Strip reconstruction conference which will kick off on Sunday.
The Kuwait top diplomat will be accompanied by high-level officials.
