His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received congratulatory cables from Information Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council member states on the occasion of Kuwait's hosting of the 22nd GCC Information Ministers meeting.
In their cables, the GCC ministers expressed sincere congratulations to His Highness Amir on the UN proclamation of him as "Humanitarian Leader" and of Kuwait as a "Humanitarian Center".
They wished His Highness the Amir everlasting health and wished Kuwait progress and prosperity. They also voiced appreciation of the warm hospitality they received in Kuwait.
