His Highness the Amir was seen off at the airport by Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Defense Minister Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Governor of Riyadh region Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Kuwait's Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
