Kuwait supports Iraq's endeavours aimed at defeating terrorism that is affecting its "security, stability and territorial integrity," His Highness the Prime Minister said at the UN General Assembly meeting on Thursday.
"We affirm our support to the endeavors of the Iraqi government to defeat terrorism which is threatening the security, stability and territorial integrity of Iraq, and clearly undermines the political process there," His Highness Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah said in his speech before gathered nations.
His Highness the Premier had met Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abadi in New York a day earlier.
