Mohamed Larbi Ould Khelifa

The National People's Assembly (Lower House) continue during this autumn session its activities in order to "strengthen" dialogue and "consultation" among all parliamentary groups, said Tuesday in Algiers Speaker of the Lower House, Mohamed Larbi Ould Khelifa.
"The Lower House will pursue, during this session, its activities in order to strengthen the dialogue and cooperation between the parliamentary groups, majority and opposition and revitalize parliamentary diplomacy in bilateral and multilateral relations," Ould Khelifa said in a speech at the opening of the 2014 autumn session.
 Besides, Ould Khelifa stated this continuation is conducted thanks to the general principles of foreign policy based on cooperation, good neighborliness, security, stability, rejection of interference and intervention foreign as well as reconciliation and consensus.
Regarding the situation in southern Algeria, the same official said this region suffers from the complications of these "dramatic" situations as the security situation continues to deteriorate in Libya and unrest in Mali, highlighting the crucial role of the Algerian diplomacy upon orientations of President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika, in this region.
