The Hajj in Saudi Arabia

The Minister of Health, Ali Hayasat, has said that Hajj medical mission plays a vital role in providing preventive health care and treatment to Jordanian pilgrims in Mecca.
During a ceremony to bid farewell to the mission, Hayasat said that the ministry has provided it with staff, medicine and medical supplies, and added that it will maintain contact with the head of the mission to check on the pilgrims' state of health.
Sameer Faouri, head of the mission, underlined that the 55-member mission was fully geared up to provide medical care to the pilgrims. He appreciated the ministry's contribution in providing it with everything it required, stressing that it will make utmost efforts to provide health services to every pilgrim.
