Ismailia Governor Ahmed el-Qasas met here Sunday with Consul-General of China Chen Xiaoming during his visit to the governorate to get acquainted with the projects under construction there and visit archaeological sites.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to increase Chinese investments in the industrial zones in the governorate and promote the Egyptian-Chinese ties.
The governor discussed with the Chinese consul general the new Egyptian-Chinese friendship project, which includes the establishment of a Chinese garden in Ismailia and a conference hall, equipped with modern technology tools.
