Irrigation Minister Hosam Moghazy said he will visit Ethiopia as scheduled to attend tripartite meetings on a controversial dam built by Addis Ababa.
The meetings will kick off on September 20, said Moghazy.
He said he will visit the site of the dam while in Ethiopia.
The talks are planned under a roadmap agreed by Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia.
