Iraqi security forces launched Monday a wide attack in Tikrit to eradicate it from the Daesh group.
"Security Forces and the popular crowd brigades have started a wide attack on Tikrit, from west (Divan), and from east (Al-Awja) and achieved great advance," said a security source, adding that "Daesh groups started to flee to the outskirts of the city."
