Interior Minister Mohamed Ibrahim ordered Friday suspending three non-commissioned officers and referring them to a disciplinary board over mutilation charges.
The three are accused of desecrating a criminal's body and took pictures with him while dead at the morgue of Khanka Hospital in Qalyubia governorate.
Qalyubia Security Chief Mahmoud Yousry promised the law would be applied to everybody without exception.
