The Commissioner and member of the Sudanese - Egyptian committee for Ashket - Gustal crossing, Dr. Al-Amin Abdul-Gadir, has announced postponement of the crossing launching until next Wednesday.
He attributed postponement of the crossing to further enhancement works at the crossing.
Dr. Amin said that the crossing will contribute to transportation of Sudan exports through Egypt to the European markets, describing the crossing an important for increasing the Egyptian exports to the African markets of neighboring countries to Sudan, especially the east, west and central African countries.
