Jordan's King Abdullah II

Jordan's King Abdullah II said Sunday if the ongoing Palestinian-Israeli conflict was not solved by reaching a comprehensive and fair peace deal, the Israeli onslaughts on the Gaza Strip would continue.
"That would make Palestinians victims, and also Israel can not protect itself," the king added.
Thousands of homes in the Gaza Strip have been destroyed or damaged in the conflict.
Nearly 500,000 people have been displaced in the territory of 1.8 million where Palestinians, citing Israeli attacks that have hit schools and mosques, say no place is safe.
