A source in Hezbollah Brigades in Iraq announced on Wednesday that the combat units in the face of the IS used, for the first time, a drone plane carried the name of (Basir 1).
The source told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that the drone plane was entered in service within the field of confrontation, which will provide high capacity and accurate monitoring of the movements of the IS elements, and will also enhance the intelligence effort in this area.
The source did not say whether the movement of the drone plane has been in coordination with the security forces, and also did not specify the area where this plane was launched.
