Heavy security deployment was witnessed in all Qalubiya cities to counter any riots by the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group.
Security bodies in the governorate were put on high alert to protect citizens and public and private property and face any violence during the planned protests, said Qalubiya Security Director Mahmoud Yousri.
Mobile and fixed roadblocks were set up in the entrances and exits of the governorate, Yousri noted.
Police stations and centers were put on high alert, he said.
