Commander of the Libyan Tobruk air base Ibrahim Abdrabu , loyal to General Khalifa Haftar, was killed Friday after his military warplane was targeted.
Before being targeted, Abdrabu launched air strikes on suspected al Qaeda splinter militants near Ras al Helal forests, sources said.
