Security forces arrested on Thursday two members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group in Gharbia province with homemade explosives with intent to endanger the lives of people.
The suspects were stopped at a checkpoint on Kafr el-Arab-Basiun road, provincial security director Maj. Gen Osama Bedier said.
He added that bomb-disposal experts dismantled the bomb.
