Former UN chief Boutros Ghali appreciated on Tuesday remarks of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Ethiopia visit.
He hailed that step as being positive for Egypt that seeks to achieve stability and peace in the region.
The main aim of the expected visit is to confirm the importance of negotiations in solving the problems among countries to achieve development and cooperation, Ghali told MENA.
Ghali described Egypt-Africa relations as historic as all African countries face challenges in combating terrorism, overpopulation and achieving security and progress.
