North Sinai security forces arrested on Friday a fugitive with explosives, white weapons and drugs in his possession.
Mahmoud Abdullah, 44, had been sentenced to two years in prison in a check-without-balance case.
All legal measures have been taken and the prosecution was informed to launch a probe.
