Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Al-Jafari said liberating Iraq's cities from the control of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) terrorists can only be done by Iraqi security forces.
The new Iraqi premier rejected foreign, specially Arab countries' direct ground force involvement in Iraq, saying this will be Iraq's army who will fight on the ground and liberate their cities.
"The military support and the humanitarian aids were the main issues discussed during Paris Conference," Ibrahim Al-Jafri added.
