Palestinian rivals Fatah and Hamas have concluded an agreement on all unsettled issues, Egypt's official news agency (MENA) reported.
Further details of the Fatah-Hamas deal will be revealed in a statement to be issued later today, the MENA said.
Both Palestinian rivals have been meeting here for several days for Cairo-sponsored talks aiming to settle outstanding issues, mainly a national unity government.
