The evacuation of residents of North Sinai's border areas continued on Monday.
Also, the committee in charge of paying financial compensation to the evacuated residents continued to receive documents and papers from citizens to complete the evacuation measures.
Sources at the panel said that residents living within 500 meters from the borderline have left their homes and shops.
A total of EGP 95 million have been paid as compensation to the owners of 107 houses, the sources said.
As many as 215 houses have been evacuated so far, they added.
