Egypt's Mufti Dr. Shawqi Allam on Sunday condemned a bomb attack on a Sunni mosque in Diyala province in Northern Iraq that killed more than 70 worshippers.
Allam called in a statement on the international community to intensify its counter-terrorism efforts in this Middle Eastern country.
He also considered those acts as violation of human rights, and called for supporting the Iraqi people's efforts to counter extremism in Iraq.
