The board of the Egyptian Front coalition held a meeting Saturday at the HQ of Masr El-Hadytha (Modern Egypt) Party in Cairo to discuss preparations for the next parliamentary elections.
The meeting took up forming committees to conduct campaigning activities, the bloc's spokesman Mustafa Bakry said.
A secretariat is to be formed to coordinate work among the planned panels, Bakry noted.
The polls are scheduled later this year.
