Israel and the Palestinians must adopt an indefinite ceasefire and restart indirect peace talks in Cairo to put an end to the bloody crisis, Egypt's foreign ministry said in a statement.
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas called earlier for the immediate resumption of the Egypt-mediated peace talks, RT reported.
