Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia have agreed on a mechanism to carry out the recommendations of an international expert committee on the controversial Ethiopian Renaissance Dam.
Sudanese Irrigation Minister Moataz Moussa announced on Tuesday the joint communiqué at the close of the fourth round of the negotiations of the Renaissance Dam.
The talks kicked off on Monday in the Sudanese capital Khartoum.
The ministers of water resources and irrigation of the three Nile Basin countries attended the sessions.
