Spokesperson of the Libyan parliament Faraj Bohashim said Sunday that an Egyptian delegation has arrived in the Libyan city of Tobruk to prepare for opening of an Egyptian consulate in the city.
"The new consulate will facilitate the travel measures between Libya and Egypt," the spokesman told MENA.
