The Sohag prosecution decided on Monday to remand the driver of a lorry that caused the accident that killed 10 university girls and wounded seven others in custody pending further investigations.
The prosecution ordered a swift technical report on the accident and questioning the wounded girls to get more information.
The accident occurred on Sunday in Al Kawamel when a lorry hit a microbus whose driver was also killed.
