The number of deaths among Egyptian pilgrims has reached nine after a ninth case was announced, Assistant Interior Minister for Administrative Affairs Shaker el-Kayal said.
They died due to different causes varying from natural causes to heart attacks, hepatic encephalopathy and asthma, Kayal told MENA.
