Daqahlia Governor Omar el-Shawadfy attended on Thursday the popular celebration held to mark the 42nd anniversary for ordaining Saint Bishoy.
Speaking at the celebration, the governor asserted that Egyptians would always be unified.
"All religions call for tolerance, love and mercy," he said.
