A probe has been launched in the collapse of an under construction building in Alexandria West.
One person was killed and four builders injured.
The building contractor and owner were summoned to the prosecution pending investigation.
A technical committee is to be formed to identify the causes of the collapse.
Security forces were alerted and rushed immediately to the scene.
