Lebanese army battalion engaged on Friday in deadly clashes with a group of militants in the northeastern border region of Arsal, Lebanon.
More than 200 families moved from Arsal during the past two days, an official told MENA.
The army deployed its units around Arsal, the official said.
Syrian refugees camps are homes for militants, he added.
