His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified today law 47 for this year amending some provisions of the Court of Cassation Law issued in decree-law 8 for 1989.
The law, which was recently approved by the Shura and Representatives Councils, included the appointment mechanism of the Court of Cassation Chief Judge and judges.
