Police forces seized Monday the second arms depot during the past 24 hours in the city of Rafah in North Sinai, well-placed security forces said.
The depot, owned by Takfiri elements, included two tons of explosives used in the manufacture of improvised explosive devices.
The warehouse was destroyed during the raid.
Police have been combing the areas in search for other explosives. A manhunt was launched for the perpetrators.
