In its closing statement following the conclusion of the fourth Arab Parliament session being held in Cairo, the Arab Parliament condemned the Iranian and Hezbollah inference in the internal affairs of Arab countries that threatens Arab national security.


Arab Parliament President Dr. Ahmed Al-Jarwan told the press today that the Arab Parliament members have decided branding Hezbollah a terrorist group. They also denounced its practices aimed at undermining security of many of the region countries. 

He noted that Hezbollah is a terrorist group as labeled by Arab League, many international covenants and OIC due to its interference in the internal Affairs of many countries of the region.

He added that the Arab Parliament has reaffirmed its support for the Palestinian cause and Arab issues, calling on the international community to promote Marwan Bargouti's nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize.
