Secretary-General of the Arab League Nabil el Araby on Friday welcomed Saudi Arabia's endorsement of the statute of the Arab Court of Human Rights. 

Saudi Arabia has thus become the first Arab country to endorse the court’s statute after it was adopted by the Arab League Council on September 7, 2014. 

El Araby termed as “a positive and pioneering step” the Saudi approval.
