An official with the Awqaf Ministry in South Sinai said on Wednesday that a cleric delegation from the Ministry and Al-Azhar would pay a four-day visit to the province.
Sheikh Sheikh Jalal al-Sharif pointed out that the aim of the visit is to clarify the tolerant principles of Islam and propagate the teachings of moderate Islam.
The delegation would visit Sharm el-Sheikh and El-Tor cities to hold symposiums and meetings with police and army personnel to clarify the correct concepts of Islam.
