He said in a press release, "Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi is not obliged to satisfy the leaders of blocs or some embassies in Baghdad to assigning the security ministries to some of the candidates who are interested just to be ministers of security ministries and benefit their blocs with influence, authority and leaving the Iraqi people being slaughtered."
He added that "everyone realized that the security establishment, especially the Ministry of Defense, despite all financial , media and moral support, failed and put the civil peace and national sovereignty in danger after swallowing the bitterness of defeat in front of terrorist gangs and accept the intervention of foreign countries, all, without exception, under the title of (fight against Islamic State). "
Jubouri added that "Abadi was maneuvering well in keeping security ministries away from quota system and he has to choose professional personalities be loyal to Iraq, and do not pay attention to the heads of blocs".
