Gharbia security forces on Sunday arrested eight members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group.
During a wide-scale crackdown in cooperation with the national security apparatus in the province, 1,370 traffic violations were recorded during the campaign, Gharbia security chief Maj.-Gen. Osama Bedier said.
A large number of supply violations were also recorded, he added.
