Qalubiya police arrested on Monday six members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood for blocking the Ring Road in Shoubra el-Kheima city, northern Cairo.
A security source said scores of the blacklisted group staged a protest on the Ring Road and clashed with the residents.
Six of them were apprehended before fleeing the scene, the source added.
They have been referred to the prosecution for a probe.
