Six members of the Muslim Brotherhood group were arrested Friday for taking part in illegal protest in the Upper Egyptian province of Minya.
The Brotherhood members were arrested during a protest staged in the city, chanting slogans against police and army forces.
In December, an Egyptian court labelled the Muslim Brotherhood group as a terrorist organization, blaming it for a string of attacks in the country and banning all its activities nationwide.
