Mohamad Al-Hasan, a tribal leader in Saladin Province, said on Sunday that some 56 elements of Daesh turned themselves in to Iraqi Armed Forces and tribes in Sulaiman Bek district.
In statements, Al-Hasan said among those elements were 12 Arab terrorists.
AL-Hassan said that a tight security plan was being developed between the Iraqi army and tribes to left siege on the Iraqi Shiite city of Amerli over the coming two days, adding that severe blows would be dealt to Daesh terrorist group.
