Mahla Criminal Court decided to refer four members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group to Gharbiya Appeals Court.
The move came as the Criminal Court was not assigned to look into the appeals by the defendants.
The defendants face charges of inciting violence and joining a terror group.
