Gaza City - Petra
Two Palestinian civilians, including a child, were killed and more than a dozen others injured on Saturday as Israeli aircraft bombed more Palestinian homes in its ongoing war against the Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian medics.
Ashraft Al Qedra, the Gaza Ministry of Health spokesman, said a child was killed and two others were injured when Israeli aircraft targeted their house in the town of Deir al Balah.
Qedra also said one Palestinian was killed and 11 others were wounded when Israeli forces bombarded the southern Gaza village of Juhr Eddik.
Earlier in the day, civil defence medics in Gaza pulled out two bodies from the rubble after a house was bombed by the Israelis, killing five people, all members of the Abu Dahrouj family. Five other people were injured in the raid.
Among the dead were two children aged three and four, their father (24) and mother (26), and their aunt (47).
