Qalubiya police arrested Monday two brothers affiliated to the blacklisted Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group for inciting against the regime and disturbing peace and security.
The brothers have created a Facebook page urging people to block roads and attack army and police personnel.
They were nabbed with laptops storing anti-state and inflammatory data.
The public prosecution was notified for further probe.
