Giza Criminal Court adjourned to November 3 the trial of 188 defendants over storming a police station and killing 14 police officers in Kerdasa district, Giza.
The postponement came to listen to the defense team.
The defendants, armed with firearms and RPGs, had stormed the police station in Kerdasa shortly after security forces dispersed pro-ousted president Mohamad Morsi supporters at protest camps in mid-August.
The attackers also seized weapons and videotaped the attack to humiliate the police.
They are facing charges of committing terrorist crimes, premeditated and attempted murder, sabotage of public institutions, robbery, possession of explosives, arms and light weapons, breaking out detainees and unlawful assembly.
