The relevant judicial chambers to decide on the appeals against the decision of the Independent Higher Authority for the Election (ISIE) validated, so far, 17 electoral appeals and rejected 97 others.
According to a statement released public, Friday, after a working session between Minister of Justice, Human Rights and Transitional Justice Hafedh Ben Salah and senior judges, 36 other appeals are being examined, pointing out that the relevant judicial chambers will open until Sunday September 14 to decide on all the appeals. The judicial chamber received 133 electoral appeals.
